Specialization

I specialize in representing my clients in the purchase and sale of single-family residences and income property (land, lots and multi family units) within the cities of Moscow, Troy, Potlatch, Deary, ELlk River, Bovill, Genesee, Viola, Harvard and Princeton. I keep current on all transactions in these areas, and I’m also very knowledgeable regarding the local school system and area amenities.

Personal
I grew up in Bucks County, Pennsylvania and have lived in the Moscow area since 1992. As the daughter of an architect and the former co-owner of a construction company, I’ve been involved in design and construction of homes my entire life including luxury and green built properties. Having lived in several states, I understand the hassle of moving and strive to make relocation a joyful experience for you and your family! I am dedicated to providing excellent service to my clients via relevant communication and negotiation on your behalf.  I will be happy to show you any of the properties listed on this site, or help you find the property that fits you (listed or not.)
